Twinn is seeking a IT Customer Support Specialist with the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:


REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE

(active TS/SCI w Poly is required)

• Be able to Demonstrated experience in IT Support and maintenance to manage XR technologies.
• Be able to Demonstrated experience translating technical terminology, concepts and issues to non-technical audiences.
• Be able to Demonstrated experience managing the Full Life-Cycle Program.
• Be able to Demonstrated experience working with XR devices and applications.
• Be able to Demonstrated experience managing XR technologies to include VR and AR headsets and 3D capture.
• Be able to Demonstrated experience communicating policies, procedures and technical information.
• Be able to Demonstrated experience adhering to Information Security (lnfoSec), physical security and safety standards, and policies and procedures.
• Be able to Demonstrated experience working well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks, changing requirements and competing priorities, and tight deadlines, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Be able to Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Be able to Demonstrated experience supporting training organizations
